Yoga Nidra is a guided power nap to take a quick rest in between your lectures on Thursday afternoon! Science refers to this state as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) , and research shows it can reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance memory and focus.
Music and Meditation
Immerse yourself in a workshop designed to calm the mind, lift the spirit, and recharge your energy. In this session, you’ll explore the healing power of mantra singing, guided breathwork, and meditation, followed by a relaxed shared snack.

Scavenger Hunt
