
Although happiness may seem elusive, research shows that concrete steps can be taken to improve mental well-being to achieve a balanced state of mind, bringing greater focus and efficiency. In this talk, Prof. Ghahremani (Department of Psychiatry & Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA) will share the science showing the connection between breathing and emotions and how “Bio-hacking” using powerful breathing techniques can lead to greater mental well-being. As an illustration, after the presentation, Prof. Kochupillai (SKY Campus EU) will provide an experience of these breathing techniques.
